Regular Rate (November-May):     $200 / night.....$1,400 / week   ..... $3,500/month

Summer Rate (May-September):  $250/night....$1,750/week.... $4,000/ month

For the month of October:      $250 / night......$1,750/ week......$4,000/month

Holidays:      $250/night....$1,750/week....$4,000/month   (3 night minimum stay required for Labor Day, Memorial Day, July 4th;  4 night minimum stay required for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years)

Cleaning fees and taxes included in quoted rates.

$100 non-refundable pet fee (if applicable)

$300 refundable security deposit required

Must be at least 21 years old to rent this property.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: Your reservation will be held for 10 days from the time of your booking. An advance payment equal to 50% of the Total Due is required within 10 days of making your reservation as well as the signed Rental Agreement, otherwise your reservation can NOT be guaranteed. The balance of the Total Due must be received fourteen (14) days before your arrival date, at which time you will be e-mailed the lock code for the front door lock. Payments can be made in the form of bank money orders, cashiers checks, or personal checks, made payable to Gator Properties, LLC., or with credit card or bank account debit on-line using a Pay Pal account. Pay Pal payments should be made to the account for: Rob@healthrehab.com. If payment is made by PayPal, your security deposit will be refunded back to your PayPal account within 3 days following your check-out. A charge of $50 for cancellation processing will be subtracted from your refund should you cancel your reservation before 14 days of arrival. The deposit is not refundable within 14 days of your arrival date, NO EXCEPTIONS.
