White Rapids Retreat is located in the heart of Northeast Georgia in the Chattahoochee National Forest and in the foothills of the Applachian Mountain Range.  The property is directly on the wide water, rushing rapids of the Buck Shoals section of the Chattahoochee River.  This a featured river destination for kayaking, canoeing, rafting, and tubing  in the Southeastern U.S.
